Just to give everyone heads up, The chances that your injectors are not performing are pretty high.
I received 64 injectors this weekend of that part number and only 26 passed the initial testing. All the rest are trash.

So 4 sets are available.

Do you have a set suitable for a 1991 E30 318i with the M40 engine? My car is stock, so I don't think I should get any higher flow ones, but a newer design with better atomization might be good I suppose?

You can check to see if the top of your injectors is yellow or the injector is all black.
If your injector is yellow, than i may have the upgrade version with the same specs :)

Turn around is the same. So far i was able to ship same day or next.
If i get them on friday, i usually ship back on monday.
