I think he means a range of spring rates that could be reasonably used for street, ones for street/track, and ones for track only.

FWIW and for those that don't know, spring rate is measured in pounds per inch. A 450# rated spring means that it can hold 450 pounds for every inch of spring travel.

The GC setup is great. Changing rear springs takes me about 10 minutes plus shock adjustment. To swap front springs takes about 10-15 minutes per side.

        Comparison to Bilstein/H&R

Please pardon my ignorance but can you tell me how this setup differs from the very common Bilstein Sport/H&R sport spring setup (other than adjustability and the camber plates) ?
I'm referring to the ride harshness and streetability for daily driving - I assume it's awesome on the track.
        Thanks !

H&R sports are progressive springs and GC springs are linear. H&R sports would be better suited for a daily driver street car, while the GC would feel more at home on the track, not saying that you can't use either springs for street and/or track. just my bump for kool stuff

you know..... you COULD search and find threads about this subject instead of filling his FS thread...

but i have similar rates and love the ride of the car. i put up with some bumps and shit, but it's mostly about your dampers and a sufficient ride height. if you slam your car, it's going to ride like shit regardless.

have suspension travel and be fine. Rates are a good pick. Jay (Mystikal) enjoy his very very similar rates.

Well the shit ain't for sale anymore. I installed it on my car so I couldn't sell it.

I love it. Alot. Rides worlds nicer then the cupkit, isn't harsh at all, and bodyroll is all but non existant now.

why did you want to sell the stuff in the first place? What were you going to get?

I needed money. Still do, but not enough to sell this stuff.

Cupkit is already sold. Has been for weeks.
