    Homemade Center Vent Gauge Pod

I fabricated an "Alpina" style gauge pod for the center air vents. As you can see the gauges only take up 1 vent hole and I modded the other vent so that it can be pointed in 2 different directions (such as towards driver and towards passenger). The gauge panel/holder is made of a thin wood panel and is spray painted black and is a tight enough fit into the vent pod so that it doesn't need any glue. Gauges are new and are the VDO Vision Black series - water temp and oil pressure (~$40 each at Egauges.com).

Pod with gauges - $85 shipped in CONUS
Pod without gauges - $35 shipped in CONUS
