Black Leather OEM M3 Rear Seat

Hi folks. I'll be selling my original black leather rear seat out of my M3. The stitching is coming apart at the top of the upper section a little bit but besides that it doesn't have any tears or blemishes. The leather has aged, as we all have throughout the years, but a nice polish can bring it back to life. As pictured, the rear seat has a set of black leather headrests. I wish to keep the headrests so the seat will be sold without the headrests and therefore will have the holes where the headrests used to be. If the buyer wants to provide me with a set of headrest brackets I can leave them on otherwise they'lll be coming off prior to the sale. The seat is located in San Francisco, CA for those wondering but I drive to Los Angeles routinely to visit my folks and can arrange to bring the seat with me to SoCal if an interested buyer is willing to place a deposit. I can also ship it but it will be the buyer's responsible to cover the shipping and handling costs. I don't know what a fair asking price for this item is so I'll start at SOLD but will accept the best offer. Here is a link to the photos of the seat.
