All you really need off the 88 is the side plastics because if the wheel arches, you could pull the bumper and shocks off a vert or another year diving board car as long as you have the side plasics that fit your car

88 bumper shocks are different, and I believe the bumpers off of really early cars are different.

i think 88 shocks are the same as the vert, 25mm shorter than the standard ones on early cars
