Ahhhh thanks for clearing that up Eric. So you would HAVE to drill a hole to use the E34 mirrors then or come up with some adapter.

So the E34 mirror on an E34 has just the large bolt holding it in, but when you stick it in an E30, the top E30 bolt lines up pretty well. I drilled a hole in the E30 door to use the main E34 mount as well as the E30 top mount.

And it lines up pretty well, but it's not an OEM fitment. I must admit that I've never looked closely at the fitment of E30 ACS mirrors on an E30!

Luis, he gave me a part number that came back e34 passenger mirror. The last pic on the mirrors show me the last three digits 047 come back e30 mirrors. I would like to bid on them if he would show the part numbers on mirrors.

Why are the part numbers different on the first set of pics you posted & the 2nd? Not to mention that they are clearly different sets based on the condition of the paint alone? Something seems not right here.

Yeah I'm aware, but the pics have part numbers 047, 464, and 463. They are clearly 3 different mirrors.

The first part numbers posted were not of the mirrors for sale it seems. The second set of numbers are the mirrors for sale, and they are e34 mirrors, not e30 mirrors. They can be made to fit on an e30, but they are not the ones AC Schnitzer made for an e30.
