what are the gains in power and can you alter or flash it for 91 octane?

Yeah it can be changed for 91oct

every car is a little different. but it's likely to see between 10-17 HP gain, and something similar for torque. It's night and day difference from a stock tune on the Frankenstein engine.

Would you be able to do a tune for the 2.7i while leaving the eta head and run it like a high compression 2.5i?

M20b27 has lower cr than the b25. If you're just planning to swap to the 325i cam and valve springs you will still be restricted by the b27 head flow dynamics. I can do a tune for the 325e with 19lb injectors (I have more sets of injectors), but I don't have any prechipped 325e ECUs (027 DME). I'll be glad to chip yours for you however!

This is a sale for the tuned ECU and injectors for 2.7 with 885 head? The talk about other tuning has confused me.

If that's what you're selling, I'll buy it.

I'm not staying with the basic motronic, I'm converting to 1.3 changing and having head work done. Eta's have 9.0-1 compression ratio and the 2.5 has 8.8-1.

Are you going to have the head shaved or get custom or seta pistons?

I assumed you had a seta, which is 8.5:1.
Why not just get the 885 head and shave it a little (this is necessary already to compensate for head warping anyway). This will provide you with the complete setup with the already superior flowing head. It would save you money now and in the long-run.
