Interesting thread, I just have a few question (which I think many other are also wondering about).
Q1 : What's the thickness of the (inner) spacer part of the sleeve?
From own experience and tried some, 7.5 mm is the extreme absolute minimum but should be considered too thin (the brake disc was then only 0.5 mm from the steering ball joint). This seems to be thicker, is it around 12-13 mm maybe?
Q2 : Is it an interference (light or hard) fit or slip fit for the sleeve onto the axle stub?
Q3 : Is it an interference (light or hard) fit or slip fit for the wheel bearing onto the sleeve?Comment

Yes, its 12mm.
As far E46 M3 hub - if it does not differ from the stock E46 - then yes.
This was only tested with stock E36 and E46 hubs.Comment

Yes, an adapter to fit E36/E46 hub and rotor/caliper onto E30 strut.
If there were any downsides like that - it would not be produced :D
The only downside i can think if - is the offset change. 11mm on each side in the front.Comment

Hi Max399,
read your post thus I have some questions,
I have a e36 m3 with 312mm rear discs and would like to retrofit AP Racing 4pot caliper CP5144-117 which is the stad upgrade on the rear axle for the E46 M3.
would your adapters for upgrading an e36 m3 rear axle with a e46 rear brake caliper retaining the e36 312mm oem m3 rear brake disc?
Thanks for having a look at it and getting back to me,
I wish you all the best until we hear from each other
with kind regards
