For the front you will also need hubs, rotors, calipers from E36 or E46

I'm looking for a 5lug swap only, not interested in larger brakes. I already have TI stuff for the rear. If I got your "- Front hub sleeves without any caliper bracket’s – 110$" option, what brakes could I use?

Without the caliper adapters, you would need to fabricate your own.
If you do not want bigger brakes, you could just use E36 325 brakes, they are just a little bit bigger, or the same TI front ones.
