its a rebuilt Head From Myster E (BimmerHeads) im selling it cause
i need to the money for tickets so im letting this go for $800 obo + shipping

Thought about it but from the research I did a long time ago it gets pricey since it is not as simple as just swapping the heads. Plus I think I read you only gain a negligible amount of HP, for the price I could just go for a chip and save money for an entire engine swap.

unless I am wrong? I really do want more HP, but it is hard to justify all the work.

Depends on your goals. having the 885 head will bump your red line from like 4500 to about 6500. It'll lower the compression which is good if you ever want to do a turbo.

And its not a stroker, it'll just be a 2.7i. I made the mistake of calling it a stroker when it was not. Hopefully that helps a little. Its well worth it in my opinion.

For the price its a great deal. I think these heads new are $1300. GLWS.

As far as doing the 2.7i everything else is super cheap. if you are crafty you can have everything else you need for a 100. I had all the hard parts from a junkyard cheap.

You do not want a 288 cam with a low compression 2.7i.
