I have a brand new BMW Motorsport E30 Group A windshield wiper cover for sale.
It is to be used on cars with a single wiper, like it was used on DTM cars for example.

It's out of the Motorsport catalog, bought a couple years ago.
But you are right part number is corresponding to Japanese version E30.

You can get these from the dealer imported from germany for 33 bucks in brand new packaging. More importantly, they wont work unless you have modified wiper linkage
