    325ix front axles for sale

I have front left and right 325ix axles for sale. I bought them in 2005 to install in my son's 1990 325ix, but never got around to it, and his car was totaled in 2007. The axles have been in storage since 2005. I have lots of photos (file sizes make them too large to attach) and can email them to you if you are interested. Seth.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

Sorry -- I meant to include the price in my post. I'm asking $500, which is what I paid for them.

Are these new or used? $500 seems really steep for used axles, no?

They are used but look to be in good shape. I agree that the 325ix axles are expensive, but I recall thinking that I had paid a reasonable price (given the price range out there) when I purchased them. I just checked eBay now and found several used right front axles (they have a longer shaft) selling for between $270 and $400. The photo of the one selling for $400 has cracks in the boot that mine does not have. Also just checked Bavarian Autosport and it is selling new ones for $978 per side. I think it is just a matter of limited supply and high cost of new ones.

Adding 5 photos (max allowed). I have additional photos showing all boots, if interested.
