    I have a 4.27 small case limited slip differential pulled from a '92 318ic. Very rare. As far as I know, this ratio only came in '91-'92 318 convertibles and the limited slips were an option. This one was pulled out of a parts car, mileage unknown. Turns freely, clean with no oil on it. $269 obo picked up. Can ship as well. Feel free to make me an offer. The worst I can say is no.

                                          i had one of these about 2 years ago. i sold it for 425.00 plus shipping. it came from similiar circumstances as yours. mine had nice clean fluid in it. they are indeed very very rare. yes, this ratio was only offered when the winter package was ordered in a 318i cabrio.

                                              In case if you decide to ship it, its best to remove rear cover and flanges, then diff fits into 5gal bucket! glws
