Stock SACHS M20 pressure plate I am not sure of the limits; I don't break things; those who are abusive can break it in a stock e30 from drifting abuse.
Some people with 24V swaps also break them although some do just fine.

The Clutch Net friction disc part number is: 6BS2101

Performance Level Red; race use. I would suggest you call Clutch Net and ask them what suits your goals best
