I don't have any clips but the bottom clips (clips for the rockers) are about $12 for a 10pack at the dealer. I have searched google and other threads say they do fit early e30s. I can't tell because I only have the iXs.

Do you have an IX oil level sender with the rectangular plug?

I also need a driver's side fuel level sender?

I have a complete front end that I dropped out of a '91iX so I can pull the oil level sender. I think I have a fuel level sender too. I'll pull it in a couple days.

Yes it came off an automatic but its the same as a manual 3wire tps switch.
