update: I replaced the doors with my rust-free spares that were taking up space. Door locks not swapped yet but I do have the key for the newer doors

Super rusty but mechanically in good condition except the xfer case and rear diff. The VC in the xfer case is shot, and the VC in the rear diff is weak. Engine is very strong.
282784k miles and still the engine is awesome. I replaced the tranny and xfer case about 20k ago and the guy said it had 79k.
This is my 1990 325iX that has been a very good car until the xfer case went and the VC in the rear diff is shot. It has lots of rust.
Replacement history:
Timing belt was changed about 30k ago. The head was torn down and shaved. I had the head cleaned and the valves resurfaced. I lapped the valves and installed new valve stem seals. Water pump was replaced at the same time.
Walbro 255gph fuel pump installed about 30k ago.
New gas tank replaced 20k ago.
I replaced the tranny/xfer case about 10k ago but the xfer case is shot. I was told they only had 79k. The tranny shifts perfectly at slow speeds but is quite harsh if you stomp it.
Muffler was replaced two years ago along with the magnaflow cat, downpipe, and bosch o2 sensor.
The bad:
-no speakers but grilles are still there
-it is super rusty
-VC in xfer case and rear diff is shot.
-No blower motor.
-Antenna works but makes clicking sounds when it is fully extended and fully retracted.
-Remote power-on in the radio doesn't work, so the antenna and amp are wired to a push button next to the hazard button.
-one fog light needs a bulb and the other has a cracked lense
-the hazard button cover fell of but it does work
-the fog light button sticks but does work
-front bumper has a crack in the passenger corner
-no e-brake
-two cracks in the dash
-tires are shot and one has a bubble. *bubble turned into a hole so that tire is flat
-I think all the rims have a flat spot.
-no electric fan but it would barely go over the 1/2 way mark even when idling in traffic for 10 minutes on 100 degree days
-airbag light is on but the bulb fell off when I was playing with the overhead.
-some check panel lights come on even when the "problem" isn't a problem
-no AC. The condenser is missing, the drier canister is rusted, and the line between the two is broken.
-I think only the passenger seat is heated. the heating elements in the driver's seat are bad.
- a gear for the wipers is bad so sometimes they don't move and the motor just spins
The good:
-engine has lots of power still and the crosshatch in every cylinder was still visible when I did the head gasket.
-interior is somewhat clean but could be cleaner
-the 6disc changer is controlled by the factory radio
-tail lights aren't cracked
-rear bumper isn't cracked
-has two trunk lights
-steering is tight. there is super slight play in the steering knuckle but I have one sitting on my spare rack and subframe in my FS thread
-all gauges work (fuel shows empty because it is amost empty)
-I put a 13button OBC in but the bulbs I used are dim. I didn't install the stalk for the 13button OBC.
-keyless entry (2fobs) and can be wired to be an alarm and remote start (cheap eBay no brand same as in my FS thread)
-ABS works!
-Cruise control works
