Original Smoked Euro Smileys with crosshairs

Like the title says, I have some 100% original smoked euro smileys.

As you can see in the pictures the lenses are a little fogged up but that's easily fixable.

    Asking $500 shipped obo. SOLD

Why are the high beams so foggy? Is that inside or outside of the glass.

Just tried this. Going to leave them over night and hopefully that should clear the fog issue.

It is normal...My smoked Hella high beams do the same. They're just not used often, so they fog a little.

Not going to work because it's not fog or water but a residue that will need to be cleaned off the glass from the inside.

have you made any determinations as to whether that's condensation or a "residue" that's fogging up the highs?

I took the back off to let them air out and it didn't do much. I stuck a rag in and the residue came off easily, it's just hard to reach. If you put a cloth on the end of a screwdriver or something you could wipe it all off or you could just take the lens of and clean it.
