Any consensus what these are worth? Not thread crapping, genuine interest but not sure the value?

RealOEM has them for $206. If this cover is in really good shape, then it is worth the $180 shipped that the OP is asking. What the piece is worth is relative to what you want to pay for it. If I didn't need a new convertible top, I would be sending funds as we speak...

Had one of these on my cabby when I had it. I heard different stories as to what it was for. Some said it was to protect the window during storage when the top was down, others, which I believe, sat it's to keep the window protected and the interior cool, during sunny UV days.

I got lucky when I bought mine, I paid very little.
