Sandblasted black but I would personally have them repainted to clearcoat. The lip and splitter come attached. The only flaws are there is a little smear on the lip and the splitter is cracked at the end (see pics), but this doesn't make a different because it still protects the lip.

do you have any profile pics of it length wise to see if there is warpage and low spots. also would you be willing to split them up, i don't want the splitter.
