I have come into ownership of a 1997 M3, unfortunately its not exactly savable, but it has a lot of good parts on it yet!
Engine/drive-train:
Engine: SOLD
Driveshaft: $100
Auto Trans with torque converter brand new (new/reman'd within last year): $275
Suspension:
Control arms: $100
Spindles: $100
Struts: $50
strut top mounts: $20 for both. Cambered offset tops
Rear subframe+all suspension $100
M3 Brakes: $200 for everything
4x Federal 595s in 225-45 and 245-45 (80%): $100
1x Mint contour: $50
Interior:
Magma Seats all 3 (fronts and bench) including rear ski pass seat, door panels, dash, carpet, etc, everything you want that's left in interior. $500
Exterior:
Doors: $30ea, most are fairly dent free, one needs a bigger dent fixed, but most can be PDR'd and be useable.
Trunklid with tiny dents on top: $40
Hood with small dents going up from engine bay: $50
Front bumper (cracked on bottom, going to fix first if wanted): $80
Side Skirts: $45
Headlights: $20 for both
Tails: $25for both
M3 Outside trim, all good: $100
M3 door sills: $100
Sidemarkers: $20
Sunroof panel: $OBO
Glass (it all has tint on it, but seems like its already falling off, no cracks or chips for the most part):
Windshield: $50
Rear windshield: $50

This is the worst of the contours, has light curbing.
Interior is really clean, some crack filler and leather lotion and its nearly mint save the small tear.
