I have everything to run either OBD1 or OBD2 and to be swapped into an e30 or ran in an E36. It has been and is still in the build process. Found it with a blown head gasket. Tore down and sent cylinder head off to the machine shop to be checked for leaks and cracked tested as well and straightened out and hot tanked. Engine has been bored to 87mm with CP 11.1 pistons form VAC. Engine send out for hot tank cleaning, straightened and crack tested. Cams are regrinds to imitate sunbelt stage 2 from MR 325 bimmerheads with VAC motor sports light weight normally aspirated valves. Engine is still apart I have had too many things coming up and going to get this thing finished and there is a lot of money tied up in this. Cylinder head assembled: head, stock tested valve springs, rebuilt lifters, new valve seals with stock valves fitted $800 with VAC valves $1200
Bare block $400 machined, decked, crack tested and cleaned bored to 87mm, honed and cross hatching was set to the spec sheet that came with CP pistons.
Basic short block: block, pistons, rods crank all installed with new bearings and ARP hardware $2000 can add rebuild oil pump(new internals) chains, guided, S52 or E30 swap oil pans too.
