let me check, my guess is sometime in early - mid 2013. they have always been bagged and kept in good environment though.

the build dates are 0812 & 1911 on one bound pair, and 0812 and unknown on the other bound pair. The one date I cant read unless i cut the straps from the pair. I want to leave them strapped and completely new for whoever picks them up. They shipped to me from tire rack in April 2013 as the shipping label is still present so it looks like tirerack is selling tires at one to two years old anyhow.

While I know Hoosier recommends use within first two years, this is because of the varied ways tires are stored and cared for. These tires will still perform perfectly for all but the princess that feels the pea of drivers and likely even for her. These were not stored mounted or inflated (which is very bad for race tires) and have always been bagged and kept in good environment. They steel feel and look like great rubber and have no signs of aging. I would expect top performance especially for the discounted cost for a weekend race warrior.
