WTS/WTT: My lowered suspension for your stock

EDIT Thanks for all the interest and help. Looks like I have everything I'll need. H&R OE Sport Springs from 4door30, and traded my wheels locally for a set of 15" VW Corrado BBS's.

Which leaves me only with a set of Raceland brand e30 springs. I'm happy to let one of you in need have them, extremely cheap if you're in need/want.

    Thanks again,
    DWR

    Hi guys.

I've picked up an e30 to daily drive. I love the car, but hate the suspension. The PO has installed a Raceland lowering spring suspension. The car is FAR too low to daily drive comfortably.

So, I'm interested in trading my lowered suspension stuffs for your stock. It is NOT COILOVERS. This is just raceland brand lowering springs for an e30 with 51mm struts. I'd like to get rid of it in favor of something a bit higher.

Maybe you have already lowered your car, and have some stock laying around I can get ahold of cheap? Maybe you have a set of lowering springs that aren't quite so low? Whatever the case is, I'm interested in making this car daily-able! Let's work out a deal. I'm low on funds, so be easy. And since I'm daily driving her, if we can work a deal where I can continue to drive her, that'd be great.

I'd also like to trade the wheels for a stock set of basketweaves. If you have an offer, let's hear it please.

A couple pics of it's ride height as it sits (don't worry, I'll resurrect the paint and such):

Wait, so someone installed the springs but not the adjusters?

If no one else chimes in and you can't find anything local, I have a set of stock 325i 4 door springs you can have for the price of shipping.

It seems that way. I can't find anywhere raceland selling just springs, so that makes sense.

The car doesn't ride bad, actually. It's just too low for me. I'll give it a couple days here Andy, if I don't hear back I'm happy to take you up on your springs, thanks very much for your help.

Just throw some H&R sports on it if you are going to go through the hassle of swapping springs

I'll take a set, if you know where I can buy inexpensively.

You might want to consider buying cheap adjusters (eBay, for example) to allow you to raise it up to your desired ride height.

I have a set of H&R oe sport springs that I would sell for $125+ shipping. The set is about $230 new + shipping and these have only been installed, set the car down, wanted more low. lol

I can post some pictures up later if you are interested. Still come in the original box

(The OE sports lower the car maybe .75" front and rear and keep the stock ride comfort while lowering body roll just a bit) They aren't a huge performance upgrade, but they don't sacrifice ride quality at all.

Not my car, but this is how the car would sit with them.
