All I need is item 12. But will take the arm as well for a good price. IF you do have it. you really have to be gentle getting it off. It is like the plastic snap on pivot to the windshield wiper. And actually it is Plastic and small.

What parts of the crank are left? Could you PM me a pic? I'm looking for a small plastic piece that fits I inside of it...I have the crank, just can't get it to stay up in there.

Isn't there a plastic piece that goes inside the black shell? I have the black shell and crank arm but can't get the entire thing to stay up there...I have to hold it in place to use it.
