Just my thought, but I dont think there is any performance gain from the dual vanos, the single vanos (intake side only) definitely was for power while the vanos for the exhaust side was strictly for emissionsSimon

plus I think the DV is a continuous system so there might be a bit more torque under the curve (The DISA intake mani also helps mid range torque), so to spend the time and effort to downgrade doesn't really make sense to me...'91 325i

If I ever crack this open for any reason, it's going to be in order to O-ring and build for boost! But that is very unlikely as I'm planning on staying M20 for the long term.'91 325i
