    It might have Hartge bits...but it doesn't look like it is a complete Hartge car...

            That's not a real Hartge H26. Those aren't real Hartge wheels, first off. They're 10 spokes, Hartge's are 11.

            And these are authentic Hartge rims:


            Aside from that, the only other Hartge parts I see on that car are a valve cover and strut brace, and those brakes look pretty standard to me. A true H26 built by Hartge would have the Hartge steering wheel, Hartge body kit parts, and most likely the Hartge stripes.

              so basically there's no way it can be worth that, unless someone is REALLY in need of a euro spec e30?

                Even if someone is really in need of a euro spec E30, there's no way in hell it's even worth half that.

                If someone wants a euro spec E30 that bad, there's a Henna one with a rebuilt M10 and AUTHENTIC Hartge wheels here in Bend for $1800.
