    Rare LSDs! 4.27 Torsen; 3.38 Dinan; and 3.15 4-clutch

These are three LSDs that I was saving due to their rarity and the uncertainty of my future projects. But I'm willing to sell them for the right price. Initially, they will all be for local pick-up in Los Angeles.

The 3.38 is a rare diff built by Dinan for their S1 MZ3s. I bought it from this ebay auction. and used it for about 15k miles on my Z3 coupe, so it has less than 25 miles. I noticed that the clutches seemed chatter a bit so I ended up swapping it out for a 3.15 torsen for better highway gearing and smoother ride. It's clean and has 25% lock-up. Comes with Z3 cover. $500

Here's a pic of the Dinan LSD, it also has polished gears

The 4.27 is a Torsen LSD from a late model Z3. I ran it on my auto M20 vert until 5-speed swap. Bought used and I used it for the last 5k miles with no issues, very clean. Great for an auto M20 or M42 and S14 cars. Comes with Z3 diff cover with good bushing. I don't have a pic of the 4.27 at the moment because it's still at Offset Moterwerks in Glendora, where you can pick it up. $450 SOLD

The last is a very rare oem 4-clutch Z3 LSD, also referred to as the "Motorsport" diff. I bought it used though I recall the seller noting it had less that 75k miles and the original diff bushing was still in good shape. I never installed this diff. As you can see in the pic, it has the big oval oiling holes and S40 and S25 markings, to indicate 40% accel, and 25% decel lockup. $450 SOLD

Dinan 3.38 on the left and the Motorsport 3.15 on the right. The diff cover on the left has a small oval chunk missing from the fin to the left of the drain hole, and needs a speed sensor. The diff cover on the right has a speed sensor and a couple more fins. Both covers have good Z3 bushings and include all bolts and drain plugs.

I'll let you know if the first guy backs out.

3.15 motorsport is also pending deposit/pick-up.

3.15 sold, 4.27 sold, and I'm probably going to keep the Dinan for the time being because I don't want to ship.

Does anybody know what speed sensor is required to make the 4.27 Torsen from the z3 work with the e30?
