Find some at a junkyard that are in working condition. You can buy them new but are very pricey. ~$45 a piece and each seats needs 4.

I didn't know I needed these until I found this thread. I say that is a good price for quality work too. I'd be interested when all my other projects are finished to order a set of the ones pictured, but with blue stitching. Is that an option?

0350 and 0400 are the ones you need. 2 of each for each front seat.

They are half price if you order 5 or more. First 4 are about 17£ each, if you buy 5 they are all 8£

I haven't because I don't have any to make templates from. If you remove the cover from your passenger seats I could definitely make the covers from that.
