no rips no tears all hardware, bolts right up, two small spot inside are sagging but its not noticeable or in the way, and on the outside two spots on the sides everything visible in photos

That is a distinct possibility. However the market for these is very dynamic and as they can be difficult to acquire at any given time. It really gives the seller a strong position. There are typically several wanted postings at any given time. I had been looking for over 2 years, missing out on at least 2 on price and more by being too slow. When I secured first in line, I paid. Seen them listed from $800 to $3000. Other than the soft spot, I'm good with the fabric as I planned to finish the exterior and install a nicer dark headliner, just not right away is all.
