Are there any "plug and play" fillers ready or are you still having problems with mounting

I have 2 pieces left. One is the "short" one that has a gap and I still have to devote time to the other one. My free time is so limited and my cars are needy so these fall very low on the list, especially since it brings back so little money.

Good news and bad news for those watching and waiting...

Good news first!... I have more material to cut about 10 more pieces

            BUT

(Bad News) My car got converted to plastics and someone bought my front bumper so I can no longer test fit, or develop a solution for the mounting on the front. I do have a simple solution (in my head), but I cant test it.

My idea is to dremel a slit into the bumper that the clips can be pushed into. There are existing slits in the bumper, but they dont align with where the clips currently are. This all makes sense when you're looking at it.

The Delete pieces with 2 OEM clips will be $27shipped

ALSO, I have one set of '88 bumper shocks that are also for sale. These are a semi-tuck which retain the actual shock. You can always just drill out your shocks if you want, these are simply a milder OEM solution that keeps the "safety" of the gas shock that you lose when you drill them out. $50 for these, front and rear

Ready to go! One is getting shipped out tomorrow. Not sure when I will be doing this after this run as I don’t really have the same access...

I also ended up with one “reject” that is a tad too short. I’ll let that go for $17 shipped with no clips

2 already sold, a few more pending. These might go faster than I thought

                      There’s several ways.

Easiest, crudest method is to use the stock license plate holes and go right through the front panel.

I have OEM clips I’m including and the that’s easy on the back side, but they don’t line up perfectly with the existing slots in the bumper so you have to dremel in slits.

There may be other options but those are the two most common from my communications with buyers.

Haven’t had one returned even though that’s always on the table.

Yes there’s still some work and trimming to do when you get these but then you can finish it to your own personal level. These are factory, original 30 year old trim that I’ve modified for use on our 30 year old cars.

I’ve got few options too, if you don’t need a perfect one I’ve got a few “rejects” that are still good enough to use.

I think I have 3 or 4 left and they all might be gone soon, but I’m still waiting for final confirmation and payment. No dibs

Glad I got my two. I had purchased one a few years ago on here from some one, not sure if you were selling them back then. I cracked it about a year ago when my car rolled into another car. It really completes the front end better than a license plate.
                            Thanks Mike

                                I'm baaaaaaack.....

Looks like another forum member took care of some of the demand while I was gone. In any event, I produced 11 of these over the weekend and they are on eBay. I will likely not monitor this site often but the eBay link is below:

The price is up slightly because shipping, eBay fees and PayPal fees have all gone up over the past couple years.
