These are an early pair which are not at all stiff and it does include hardware. However please note that when I got them it appeared that someone was teething and chewed on these so there is a similar piece about 3-4" long missing from the lip on each side.

You can see clearly in the comparison pic with the brand new (and DEF not FS) flap exactly what is missing. There is also a pic of one held in place on our 87 Sdn so you can see exactly how they will fit. It almost looks like they were trimmed for an mtech or some other appearance package but I really have no ideA

I also just remembered I have a pair of rears in decent shape without hardware that are now included in this offer.
