      It's cut to install fog lights. They came uncut from factory, but uncut one is extremely rare nowadays.

                      I'm wasn't talking about the fog light area, I was talking about where it goes around the bumper shocks.. The top was cut for who knows what reason...

                                              i don't think people should advertise items like this on a national forum if they aren't willing to ship.

                                              all you have to do is go to a furniture store and raid the dumpster for some big pieces of cardboard. wrap the shit out of it, then take it to fed ex and ship it ground.

                                                  some people have the spare time to go raid a dumpster.. i don't, i work almost 7 days a week.. sorry my work doesn't give me the time to go raid dumpsters..
