I'm really confused guys. I thought the gist of this post was that you came out with a product, then changed the design from pins/cotter pins to bolts and threading. I just ordered mine on the 7th and got today, and it's cotter pins. Which is the new revised version?

Cotter pin locking feature is the revised version. A cotter pin locking feature is much less susceptible to disengagement caused by vibration when compared to simple threaded locking features.

This is a gorgeous piece. Perfect with my M30 swap. Super feel. I kept the stock shifter but replaced all other bushings, related with new/upgrade.

Sure. The shifters are all the same in how thry couple to the selector rod.

I vote e36 for the multitude of m/s 5x swapped e30's along with the e36 community. With e46 a close second.
