What type of bolts are used? I think 6061 is might be too soft for this application. 7075 might be better but it is still aluminum. The holes seems too be cut too close to the edge. This part is constantly moving with force and will generate friction between metals and the bolts. Just a thought.
Edit: will it clear the flex disc and the damper if a z1.9 or other short shifters were used?Last edited by dsphil; 01-18-2016, 07:13 PM.sigpic

So we ordered a OEM IX selector rod from BMW and its not that much diffrent in length to this one. So for that reason we will be posting up the IX units as part of this group buy later in the week.Comment
