I put about 12k on them, unsure of mileage. A little stiff and rebound is a little springy. Lowers about the same as h&r race springs

shocks all have good rebound, would need new nuts for them though. i think one of the bilstein is stripped out on the top where you can insert a 6mm allen, but i didn't have any trouble installing or removing it. you could probably use a 1/4" allen
