New, uninstalled condition.
I bought these for my car, but when I started removing the old ones they looked great, so it felt wasteful to change them.
$3.95 each seems to be the going price on these, so I will ask $40 for the set of 12, plus shipping, which should only be $3 through regular mail. If that is too much, please let me know and make an offer.
