Have 4 sets of euro headlights for sale 2 sets of Bosch and 2 sets of Hella's. They are all used but have been comply gone through. New bulbs installed, all adjustment screws are working. All pigtails are provided. Price is $220 shipped

What all is needed to wire them up to a U.S spec 91 318is with sealed beams?

i will be providing the pigtails wires that connect to the lights. You just have to cut, splice and connect.
