This one is already built on a custom PCB designed by WhoDWho (he doesn't mess around) and is plug and play with 87-91 325i or 88 325/528e. The link you posted is just a board. You'd still need sensors, wiring, casing, then you'd have to interface it with the wiring harness, etc.
