240F is pushing it a bit, you'll need a 100F+ day to get near 200F on a dash.

240F is a design goal for anything automotive. I realise that sounds high, but a black little part, near a window, in the sun, can hit 240 - apparently. Or automotive engineers that know more than I do wouldn't put that as an upper limit. Believe me or not. It's all good!

Hey guys!

It took a little longer than I'd hoped but I have upgraded materials and now have an abs variant rated for up to 95C (203 Fahrenheit).

They are now white, but are stronger and will hold up better to heat, even though no-one has had issues.

It's crazy the 3D printing tech they have coming out, so I'll definitely find something. Eventually I'd like them to be good no matter how hot the temps, but you're right that in 99.9% of cases 203 degrees will be good.
