From wat i can remember it includes,
HeadGasket
Victor Reinze Cylinder Head Bolts.
Intake Manifold Gasket Set
Shifter tension Bushing
OutPut Shaft Seal
Input Shaft Seal
Differential Securing PLATE
and other seals and O-Rings.

If you are really trying to sell this, you might wanna drop the price. You can get a complete set of all gaskets for a rebuild from BMA for $120. Not tryin to be an ass, just sayin...
