FS: Nice 3.73 LSD

Removed from a 1988 325is with a known history (abandon project car owned by the same owner since 1993). This is not a junkyard part. The case has been cleaned up, and painted with two coats of durable POR15 (not just a quick coat from a rattle can). Rust should never be an issue again. The rear cover and output flanges have also been painted, and look great. New cover gasket, output flange seals, aluminum crush washers for the drain plugs, and output flange covers (all of which are OE BMW).

This diff was a back up for the one that's in my car, but I'd rather have the $$$. $350 shipped.

150k, nearly all highway. Fluid was clean, backlash and LSD are good. Spins smooth.

I know, I know. But the point is that the car was purchased in 1988, has been in storage since 1993, and has 150k miles. Do the math. There really wasn't much of an opportunity for other mileage accumulation. *That* is important for LSD health. Much different than a low mileage part owned by a drifter.... :)
