My paypal dispute was finalized today, and just like everyone else they ruled in my favor, but were unable to recover my money.

Now. Do you guys really want to jail him? Or would a refund + communitary work be enough? Having a criminal file will not make the guy better. Maybe he's real jerk and deserves it. Maybe he screwed you out of necessity?

Just asking. My solution is that the cops pay him a visit, arrest him. Judge makes him sell his car, pay refunds, and spend a few weeks brooming the local arena. No criminal file.

Instead of asking if the cops have been called yet 100 times, why don't you just do it yourself and see what you can do? I remember reading a few pages back that someone posted the phone numbers and everything for the PD.

I do not know who you are but this is not only $25 bucks he has got me for a set of wheels @ $550.00= GRAND THEFT. Why are you enev posting?? Any way we do have a coarse of action with the FBI, Yes federal crime go to www.ic3.gov to put in a complaint. we can also put one in on the white collar crime @ www.nw.org So everyone who is in this needs to take this next step. I think that even stealing $25 is serious (his parents must have forgotten to teach him honesty and rightfullness). Especially on a repeat scheme leading to over $1000 in scamming people. Don't take me wrong. My only remark was about he necessity to bleed him to death for personal satisfaction, or have the judicial system give him a good lesson that will, hopefully, change him. Will it take a heavy jail sentence, or a week brooming a social center at $5/hour until everyone is refunded? I'll let the judge decide.

I was linked to this thread as it seems I am the only person to ever successfully make a deal with Chris. I traded my e30 for his e28, and purchased the "famous" hayashi's so many others have seemed to have done.

I can't believe this is all happening. I met him in person, he had me over for lunch and such when we struck our deal... He's a great guy. It's a shame this is all happening. :(

Submitted complaint to www.ic3.gov. It is simple and I would recommend that all who have been victimized do the same.
