This is the internet. I don't know how it was intended to be taken. It was probably a joke. However, if he was suggesting the wheels are rightfully his (seeing as how some people are crazy out there), I was simply telling him that I wont be shipping him "his" wheels.

I have been calling the local police twice a day for over a week now. I figure they will get sick of hearing from us about this scumbag???? Just because we do not post everytime we call ??? I did go to my bank and get some charges reversed, but they(Paypal) just took it out of my open account. So I paid myself back.LOL, 2nd thing my bank will protect me and already made another deposit into my account and will still go after Paypal, seems electronic transfers are protected by Visa if that is the logo on your bank card. In the post above it states 60 days and yesterday when I went to my bank it was the 59th day. So this is true, so go to your banks and put in a complaint about Paypal. If you have not made a complaint to the feds yet ,YOU NEED TO !!!!!!! Finnally I could give a SHIT about sentance structure. You keep sticking up for this guy ??? It makes us all sick. And in a court of LAW if I paid for something and you have it that is HOT merchandise if you willingly know it is someone elses and you can be prosecuted !!!! If you then paid that same seller for that same set of wheels you are a moron. If you did so not knowing they didn't exist then you got screwed. But no matter how you want to look at it they are SpasticDwarf's wheels and the only thing you're owed is your money back by the original seller. As a matter of fact, if you keep pressing the issue SpasticDwarf could probably sue YOU for harassment.

No one here has defended the original seller, they have only commented that they had met him and he seemed like a decent guy at the time. I believe they also stated their sympathies for everyone's loss wished you their luck.

I'm posting here because I've had experience with internet fraud that exceeded Ebay's 45 day limit. If you look back you'll see that you even referenced a post I made in this thread so maybe you should think a bit before you jump to so many accusations?
