Alright guys...

Ive been over at chris's house for the last 4 hours. We talked about a lot of stuff. I bought some rims and tires from him. His wife made me dinner, his daughter is absolutely precious, and he is a good guy.

The lamin-x is shipped. The reason behind no tracking numbers is because his wife cleaned up at their house and threw them out by accident.

Those of you that pm'ed me your addresses, your lamin-x is coming. If you didn't pm me your address, pm it to me, he will ship it out.

According to Paypal, the seller has until Jan. 20th to respond to the claim. We'll see what happens after the deadline.

Today was his last day to respond to my paypal dispute... and he never did. Paypal should be refunding my money tomorrow.

My PayPal claim deadline is the 19th...2 days to go.

I'm concerned for vivalegreg and 83533i who had to bypass the normal 45 day rule when contacting PayPal. Have either of you spoken again with the agent(s) about how they're proceeding? I'd argue that if all the other claims against amy.sarant (Chris) go unresponded to, then you guy's have every right to seek compensation from what was then clearly a fraudulent operation on their system. It would seem that once they're made payouts to claims, that they would be the one defrauded party that could seriously pursue criminal and civil action. If they don't then we'll have to come up with some "class action" mechanism.

I'm still planning a Mon morning phone call to the Columbia PD. Again, does anyone know what district/region Chris' address is in? On this LINK is a list of 4 or 5 investigators each in charge of a different jurisdiction in Columbia. It'd be nice to all call one officer in charge of his region. Who knows, he might already be a known entity/person of interest and this could give them a reason to pay him a visit.
