Icv, plugs, wires, distributor rotor and cap, maybe ignition coil. how much for each of them? and condition?

All i have is an ICV, wires and a coil. Wires are basically brand new cept 1 is broken, ICV and coil both work but unknown age/condition...

Interested in everything that makes the 5 speed work, I have the trans, drive shaft and pedals, looking for all the lines, master and slave cylinder, shifter, boot linkage and the lines and all the nuts and bolts and whatever extras when you pull the parts out...shipped to 02035, will send USPS money order tomorrow.
