hate to start rumor, but actually, if its only SP2, then it can be installed on any number of machines, as long as you dont do a certain upgrade offered by microsoft update website, right?
i have a version of XP pro with SP2 installed on a few machines. I know this one works but i dont know of the condition of the one for sale.

I don't know what lic. you have but I've never heard of a MS loop hole like what you're talking about. Why would MS allow a person to skip a certain upgrade and load copies of their OS onto multiple systems?
