They are fully functional, They were a little scrunched in the bottom of the container...

(you should have heard the screaming shit fit I had with the supplier second time this happened)

and the adhesive strip covering wrinkled and separated a tiny bit...Still I can't sell them at the full pop so you can have them at a discount.
