$165 shipped for both. The splitter was professionally painted black, but the paint is flaking off so it will need paint. There is a little melted plastic (shouldn't be noticeable at all when mounted) on the top side of the splitter where it mounts to the valance and the usual minor scrapes on the underside of the splitter from driveways, but otherwise both are in excellent shape. All the clip mounts are intact and all the screws are in place for the splitter.
The splitter will come mounted to the lip.
