Sorry I dont know much about the intrax springs. I can tell you that they are quite soft. If I were to guess I would say about 225lb/in? (they are a bit softer than a cup kit) as for how many miles on them I do not know. I do not have the rear db shrouds they were tossed due to being in pretty poor shape.

Also decided I dont have any use for two other HID kits that I have (they were going to go into the e30) both are 35w 6k DDM kits. neither have been used and are still in the boxes.
