Not that it's very hard to get one, there are several places online giving the exam for around $50.

Lucky you, every time I've bought it on ebay they want a jpeg of the card showing my name and certification number

                  Nope...;)

I have about 10 or 12 cans of this stuff in storage for me and my friends for the long haul...not going to move to R134a if I have to, and not going to use that Freeze12 mess either.

Considering R12 is going for somewhere in the range of say...$300 a pound retail (my dad is in the HVAC biz and I asked him to charge up my buddy's E30) - this is a retardedly low price.

I don't remember the exact amount off the top of my head, but it is between 2 to 2.5 lbs of refrigerant-give or take a tenth or two.

Funny. I was in Malaysia a few years ago and bought TWO 30 lb cylinders for $25 each. I sold them to a shop in Phoenix for $650 EACH.

How did I get them back??

                            USS Amphibious Ship.

R-12 is still the shizzle if you can get it.
